Clinical changes & source policy

What changed, where recommendations come from, and what a review date means.

Read sources in context

Clinical Rx combines calculators, reference material, and protocol workflows. Check the references and limitations within the specific module you use. A source publication date, a software release date, and a documented clinical review date are different things.

A full dated clinical review is not recorded for every tool. The new tool-information panels deliberately do not certify a calculator as “verified.” An individual source correction does not certify the rest of a module.

Documented changes

This is a selected change history, not a complete clinical audit log. Follow each change for its exact scope and code.

Source review needs to be repeated when a relevant label or guideline changes. If you find a discrepancy, report a clinical problem using a fictional example without patient information.
